I am a part-time Pettrail trainer based in the Northwest. I trail with my 11 year old English Springer Spaniel, Cara. Cara is reactive to other dogs so I found it difficult to join any training clubs then I heard of Pettrailing. I had my first session and found I could meet like minded people with dogs and not feel stressed.
Trailing really helped build the relationship between me and Cara. She loved trailing and so did I and a wonderful side affect of the training is that Cara’s behaviour has changed for the better she is much calmer.
This made me want to bring this great activity to other owners who may be struggling with their relationships with their dogs. I’m really proud to be one of only two qualified Pettrail /Mantrailing trainers in the UK.
